First the course builds student knowledge systematically on the principles of yoga philosophy, physiology, and psychology. This knowledge is applied to the practical sessions and followed up with intuitive assignments. Master teachers are always on hand to assist students personally when appropriate.
Module 2
Students are then trained in the principles of a yoga instructor through theory and practice teaching. Yogic systems are learned and applied on a personal level and professional.
What you can expect in a training session;
Intensive training in yoga asana, pranayama, and mental practices with master teachers. The students imbibe the lessons directly then the class plan is explained in detail, outlining the principles of yoga from the basic concepts to more powerful techniques all learned directly and supported by interactive theory based on The Bihar School of Yoga and Satyananda Yoga.
The graduates will be able to conduct group power vinyasa classes on a professional level.
Participants in the course may go on to be instructors or focus on the inner tools they have imbibed to further self mastery into the deeper levels of spirit.
Together, module one and two accomplishes 100 hours of contact
