210 hour - International yoga instructor training course.


1.  Techniques Training / Practice: Includes asana, pranayama, relaxation techniques, meditation, and shatkarma; how to instruct groups and the practical experience of  a wide variety of hatha & raja yoga techniques in a professional setting.

2.  Teaching Methodology: theory of teaching, empathic communication, qualities of a yoga teacher, the art of demo vs. corrections.

Students are free to take up assessment either immediately after the course or within 12 months of the module.
