5:15 pm - 6:15 pm
7:00 pm - 8:15 pm

Teacher Training Course- 5 April - 21 May
Monday Wednesday Friday
(9:45 am - 2:00 pm)

GENTLE YOGA - 75 minutes (new)
Saturdays (Rs. 400 per month)
9:00 am - 10:15 am

De-Tox YOGA - 2 hours
Neti, kunjal, lagoo (shatkarmas)
Sundays
7:30 am - 9:30 am

YOGA & WELLNESS

Each yoga session includes a physical workout, energetic expansion (breath work), and a mental component (deep relaxation) or yoga nidra.
